How to multiply using an array

So that's 3 plus 3 plus 3 plus 3…ummm…

How did you figure that out?

An array?

Ok, so we need 7 groups of 3 oranges

Ah! You put them in 3 rows of 7 to make an array which shows 7 times 3

Or 3 times 7?

So that's 21.

21 oranges
